This is an approximate on-site preview, not a production proof. Once you’re happy with the quote and confirm you want to go ahead, we’ll prepare a production proof for approval before stitching. The preview is not sent with your enquiry: upload your logo again on the quote form (PNG/JPG, PDF, AI or EPS), or choose to email your artwork if you only have SVG.

01 / THE DETAILS

Kit that works for squads and supporters

  • Player and coaching staff bundles
  • Chest / sleeve / back options quoted by placement
  • Moisture-wicking / breathable garments where the range allows
  • Complex crests: honest embroidery vs print/DTF advice
  • Next-season reorders from saved artwork
02 / THE DETAILS

Know the ready date before you commit

Lead time questions dominate club orders. Typical window: 5–10 working days after proof approval and payment or PO. Peaks can run longer — we say so up front. Collection available for match-day urgency; we’ll confirm shop hours on the quote.

03 / THE DETAILS

Pick the method that fits the badge

Detailed multi-colour crests often suit print/DTF. Simpler badges and staffwear often look sharper embroidered. Worried print won’t last? Say so — we’ll explain wash expectations.

04 / THE DETAILS

From crest to kit bag

  1. Send crest files, sizes and event date for a quote
  2. Quote: garment + branding (+ setup if new)
  3. If you’re happy to go ahead, approve the production proof
  4. After proof approval and payment or PO, we produce → collect or deliver

Sometimes — tell us the date immediately. If it’s not realistic we’ll say before you pay.

Brand kit we already bought?

Often yes, subject to fabric — send a photo first.

Schools’ sports departments?

Yes with proper invoicing; school crest authority still required where relevant.

How do quotes look?

Itemised garment + branding; kids/adult VAT where it applies; setup called out.
