In-house at Team Valley — not a middleman
We’ve been branding workwear from Gateshead since 1999. Embroidery and DTF happen on site, so turnaround and quality stay under our control. The on-site logo preview is only an illustration. Once you’re happy with the quote and confirm you want to go ahead, we’ll prepare a production proof for approval before stitching. Quotes break out garment and branding — including setup when a new logo is digitised.

Why a single branded hoodie isn’t “cheap”
New logos need artwork prep and machine setup. On one or two pieces that cost sits on the unit price. From six items — and especially twenty-plus — the branding rate drops. We’ll itemise garment, branding, and any setup. Tell us your headcount and we’ll quote the break points.
Already bought the blanks?
We can often brand garments you supply. Some fabrics are too thin for embroidery — send a photo or sample first. Useful when timing is tight.
What’s the minimum order?
Usually six items. Odd-size top-ups and reorders on existing artwork are more flexible — ask us.
How long does bulk workwear take?
Typically 5–10 working days after proof approval and payment or PO. Give us your on-site date when you enquire.

We’ll recommend by fabric, wash, logo detail and budget.
Do you deliver outside the North East?
Yes — collect from Team Valley or nationwide delivery.
