Match artwork to the garment
Think about the finished look: a compact chest mark, larger back design, names or numbers each have different requirements. Share artwork, garment type, colour and desired size for review.
The garment also matters. A cotton-rich tee, a polo, a jacket and a hi-vis item have different surfaces and construction. Choose the clothing for the job first and then confirm that the proposed print and placement are appropriate. For safety garments, branding must not compromise the garment's intended visibility use.
What to include in your print enquiry
List garments and quantities by size, the logo or design, print positions and your preferred delivery or collection. If you are supplying garments yourself, say so at the outset and provide garment details. The minimum for embroidery or print is six garments, including customer-supplied items. Setup is free when the order is over £250 ex VAT; otherwise it is £25 plus VAT.
We confirm the quote and provide a proof for approval before branded production begins. Printed orders usually take 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to garments being in stock and payment received. Plain stock dispatch is 24–48 hours subject to stock and payment. If you are working to an event or staff start date, include it in the initial enquiry so stock and timing can be checked.

Our collection base is Logos Workwear & Schoolwear, 320C Mayoral Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RT. Collection there is free. UK delivery is £5.95 and we deliver across the North East. Collection is not available from a separate Newcastle address.

Is there a minimum for printed workwear?
Minimum 6 garments for embroidery or print, including customer-supplied garments.
When does the branded order turnaround begin?
Usually 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to the garments being in stock and payment received.
Can you print a full-colour logo?
Share the artwork and garment details with your enquiry. The design, placement and fabric inform which print option is appropriate, and we confirm the proposal in the quote and proof.
Can I collect from Team Valley?
Yes. Collection is free from 320C Mayoral Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RT. North East delivery is also available.
