Choose the hi-vis garment for its task
Start with the work environment and the clothing your team already needs: vest, polo, sweatshirt, jacket or another garment from the available hi-vis range. Check the garment description and the requirements that apply to the role before ordering. Think through who wears it, the size range, layering and how frequently it will be laundered. If you have a preferred product, send its link or label details with your enquiry so we can quote against the right item.
Logo position matters on visibility clothing. Share the proposed placement and artwork so it can be discussed against the garment. Decoration does not replace checking the garment's suitability for your workplace requirements.
When embroidery is right—and when print may suit better
Embroidery creates a stitched, textured logo and is commonly considered for a smaller mark on garments where the fabric and construction are appropriate. Print can be considered for larger layouts or artwork that needs several colours and finer visual detail. The garment, logo size and location all affect the choice, so there is no single method that suits every hi-vis item. Send a clear logo file and describe how the clothing will be used; we can discuss the options before you approve a proof.
The minimum is six garments for embroidery or print, including customer-supplied garments. Setup is free over £250 ex VAT; otherwise setup costs £25 plus VAT. We provide a proof for approval before production. Usual branded production is 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to stock and payment received.
From quote to collection or delivery
For a useful quote, include garment type, size quantities, logo artwork, desired position and required date. Plain stock dispatch is 24–48 hours subject to stock and payment; branded work follows proof approval. Raise deadlines early so availability can be checked.

Can you embroider a logo on any hi-vis garment?
Suitability depends on the garment construction, fabric and logo position. Send the product details and artwork so we can discuss an appropriate placement before proof approval.
Does adding a logo affect visibility?
The decoration must not interfere with the garment's intended visibility use. The purchaser should check the garment and workplace requirements; discuss the proposed logo position with us before ordering.
What is the order minimum and turnaround?
Six garments minimum for embroidery or print, including supplied garments. Branded production is usually 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to stock and payment received.
Where can I collect an order?
Collection is free only from 320C Mayoral Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RT. Delivery across the North East is also available.
