Logos Workwear & Schoolwear supplies branded clothing across the North East from one established base in Team Valley, Gateshead. Trading since 1999, we help businesses and organisations plan garments, artwork and decoration before arranging delivery or collection at the Gateshead address. This is a regional service area, not a network of local offices.
A regional order, planned around real use
A good workwear order begins with the task. Consider what each role needs to wear, how garments will be layered, and which items need a recognisable team mark. Polos, fleeces, softshells, jackets, trousers, hi-vis and safety footwear can be considered from the workwear range. Build a list by garment and role, then record sizes and quantities. If the team already has a preferred style, send its product link or label details.
For organisations with staff in several locations, decide how garments will be grouped and where each group should be delivered. Separate quantities by size and destination in your enquiry. If some garments need names or different logo positions, note that beside each item rather than relying on a single total.
Decoration that suits the artwork
Embroidery creates a stitched finish and is often considered for a compact logo on polos, fleeces or suitable outerwear. Small text and fine detail can be hard to render clearly in thread, so artwork sometimes needs simplifying. Print can suit designs where larger scale, several colours or fine visual detail are important. The actual garment, surface and intended placement should guide the decision.
For hi-vis garments, consider logo position against the garment's visibility features and intended purpose. Send the product and artwork together so placement can be discussed; the customer remains responsible for selecting clothing suitable for their work and requirements.
Proof approval, minimums and timing
The minimum order for embroidery or print is six garments, including customer-supplied garments. Setup is free on orders over £250 ex VAT; otherwise it is £25 plus VAT. We provide a proof for approval before branded production. Branded work usually takes 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to garments being in stock and payment received. Plain stock is dispatched in 24–48 hours subject to stock and payment.
Check the proof for logo spelling, colour, scale and position, and arrange approval with the person responsible for the uniform. Include deadlines in your first enquiry. The estimate is not a guarantee, and availability and payment conditions affect the timing.
One base, regional delivery
Our sole collection address is 320C Mayoral Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RT. Collection there is free. UK delivery is £5.95, with delivery available across the North East. Newcastle is served by delivery; there is no Newcastle street address or collection point. Tell us the destination and any split-delivery requirement when requesting a quote.
