Embroidered Polo Shirts Gateshead
A polo shirt is a versatile option for a consistent team appearance, and embroidery can give a logo a tactile, stitched finish. Logos Workwear & Schoolwear helps Gateshead teams choose garments, review logo placement and plan collection or delivery from Team Valley.
A clear route from garment choice to proof.
Based in Team Valley. Serving the wider North East by delivery.
Get the garment and size mix right
Think about who will wear the polos and how they will be used. Fit, colour, sleeve style and layering can matter as much as the logo. Gather the size breakdown from the team before ordering and identify any roles that need a different garment. If you have an existing preferred polo, share the product reference or label details so the quote can reflect the choice.
Chest logo position and scale depend on the garment and design. Send the artwork and garment together for review.
Approve a clear, accurate proof
Review the proof at the size it is intended to appear. Check spelling, colour, proportions and placement, and make sure the right person has approved it on behalf of the team. If a name or other individual detail is needed, include a clear list and identify which sizes or garments need it. Keeping the approved artwork and garment details makes a later reorder easier to describe.
The minimum for embroidery or print is six garments, including garments you supply. Setup is free over £250 ex VAT; otherwise it is £25 plus VAT. Embroidered work usually takes 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to stock and payment received. Plain stock is dispatched in 24–48 hours subject to stock and payment.
Collection in Team Valley or delivery
For a quote, include the polo style, quantities by size, logo file, placement and required date. Our sole collection address is Logos Workwear & Schoolwear, 320C Mayoral Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RT. Collection is free; UK delivery is £5.95 and delivery is available across the North East.
If polos are part of a wider uniform, browse fleeces, softshells, jackets, trousers and other workwear. Listing all garments and decoration positions together helps us understand the complete order before we prepare a quote.
Embroidery compared with print
A larger design or one with fine detail and colour may make print worth considering. Share the intended finish and garment so the method can be discussed before proof approval.
