• Proof first — we prepare your logo and email a digital proof; nothing is produced until you approve it.
• Free setup on orders over £250 ex VAT. Logo kept on file for repeats.
• Embroidered or printed garments: usually 5–10 working days from proof approval (subject to stock and payment).

Plain stock garments: dispatched in 24–48 hours (subject to stock and payment).
