Plan the design before the order
Send the artwork and explain how it should read on the garment: small chest branding, a larger back print, staff names or another arrangement. The amount of detail, colour and size can affect which print approach is suitable. Include a clear file if available and flag any lettering that must remain legible at a particular size. We will discuss the design against the selected garment before a proof is approved.
Choose clothing around the job, then consider where the print will sit. A tee, polo, outer layer and hi-vis garment each bring different fabric surfaces and construction. For visibility garments, keep branding clear of features needed for the garment's intended use and check the garment against your workplace requirements.
A quote with the information that matters
Tell us garment types or product links, quantities by size, artwork, number of print positions and the Newcastle delivery destination. If supplying your own clothing, include its make and fabric details so suitability can be considered. Embroidery or print orders have a minimum of six garments, including supplied items. Setup is free over £250 ex VAT; otherwise the charge is £25 plus VAT.
We provide a proof for approval before production. Branded work usually takes 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to garments being in stock and payment being received. Plain stock is dispatched in 24–48 hours subject to stock and payment. State any deadline with the enquiry; timing and availability should be checked before you make plans around delivery.
Newcastle delivery from Team Valley
The only collection address is 320C Mayoral Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RT, where collection is free. Newcastle customers can choose delivery across the North East. UK delivery is £5.95. There is no Newcastle street address or branch for collection.

Can a print include several colours?

What is your minimum order?
Six garments for embroidery or print, including garments supplied by the customer.
When should I expect my printed order?
Usually 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to stock and payment received. Delivery timing is confirmed with the order.
