Start with suitability, not the logo
Identify the garment your team needs, such as a vest, polo, sweatshirt or jacket, and check its product information against your workplace requirements. Think about layering, sizes, laundering and how the clothing will be worn. If you already have a preferred style, provide its product link or label information in your enquiry.
Consider the logo position alongside reflective and other visibility features. Send the garment and artwork to discuss placement before approval. The purchaser must confirm the garment suits the task.
Choose a decoration method for your design
Embroidery gives a stitched, tactile finish and may be appropriate for a compact mark on a suitable garment. Print may be worth considering for a larger layout or artwork with more colour detail. Fabric, garment construction, design scale and placement all matter, so a useful recommendation needs more than a location name. Provide the logo file and explain what you want the finished item to look like.
The minimum is six garments for embroidery or print, including customer-supplied garments. Setup is free over £250 ex VAT; otherwise it is £25 plus VAT. A proof is sent for approval before production. Branded work usually takes 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to garment stock and payment received.

Is print available as well as embroidery?
We offer embroidery and print. Artwork, garment fabric, scale and position help determine which approach to consider; a proof is supplied for approval.
Where do Newcastle customers collect?
