Any required changes should be raised before approval, since the usual branded lead time is measured from proof approval. Keep a note of the selected garment, sizes and approved artwork for future reorders.
The minimum for embroidery or print is six garments, including customer-supplied items. Setup is free over £250 ex VAT; otherwise it costs £25 plus VAT. Embroidered orders usually take 5–10 working days from proof approval, subject to garments being in stock and payment received. Plain stock dispatch is 24–48 hours subject to stock and payment.
